I asked my social media friends recently to name a painting I created. I got a great response and the name I settled on was one closest to how I felt about the painting and the message it conveyed. So I was delighted to call it "Finally Home" Thank you Sally Ingram. Now selling my wares at Tynemouth Market at the weekend I sold this painting to a lovely couple who had recently moved back tot he area. One of the reasons the painting touched them so much was the title as they felt so happy to be back in this wonderful place and the painting touched a fine note with them. SO you can imagine how my delight was doubled by not only selling but the fact they understood what I was trying to say and the emotions it conjured.
