This is the first of my urban scenes.  It captures the essence of a derelict arcade, with walls swathed in graffiti. I aimed to convey the raw beauty and character of postmodern urban decay in the heart of Newcastle. It is an urban art gallery full of life and colour which you can find in any city up and down the country.
