I don't just paint the night! Here is my latest Newcastle Painting a deviation from my wet night time scenes. This is called "Sunny Side" The original is oil on canvas 61cm by 61cm. It's a view down the Side heading towards the Quayside. I love how the ornate architectural buildings are intersected by the Tyne Bridge and the strong blue sky emphasising the bridge itself. I have slightly exaggerated some of the colours to bring some warmth into the scene. Its one of many paintings of Newcastle and hope you enjoy.
