The first is the heavy steel railway bridge cutting across the painting, the second the actually graffiti adorning the structure and the third is a tent nestled in the planting on the edge of the park. It could also be seen as a social statement on homelessness where rough sleeping is deemed normal in a 1st world wealthy economy.
