Dog walkers is a painting about an activity loyal owners carry out on a daily basis. It doesnt matter what kind of weather is out there it is for the love of their best friend that they do it. The dog in the scene has his red ball and loves being out. The painting is my humble homage to Turner who was, one could argue the first impressionist painter, years before Monet, Renoir et al.
