Ive called this painting monument man as I liked how the figure standing a the croosing is an echo of the figure (Earl Grey) who is perched on the monument in the Centre of Newcastle.
I liked how the monument is understated without lights whilst the rest of the city is screaming looking at me with all its lights and reflections. Its one of many paintings of Newcastle and hope you enjoy.
